The genesis of the Circumflex project

Technology has never evolved so fast and with this evolution comes greater possibilities for companies to progress, gain efficiency and discover new opportunities; for talents, the possibilities to explore, innovate and unleash their potential have become endless.

Initially, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS was simply developing its service offering. In order to have enough people to handle the demands, we started by recruiting for our own needs and thus adding to our teams as the company evolved.

As our company was able to attract a wide range of profiles, our clients slowly began to take an interest in the way we recruited and asked us to find them the right profiles for specific projects. This led us to develop a special methodology for recruiting for other projects.

In 2022, the Circumflex project was born after we realised that investing in people is the most efficient and flexible way to progress in the IT world.

Our history therefore spans more than 10 years. In that time, we've come to understand that innovation is the only way to deliver agile, practical solutions that transform businesses and careers and enable people to realise their potential, faster.

Philippe Houssier

After holding various positions, this geographer from the University of Liège created the Circumflex project in 2022.

He attaches great importance to the definition of a precise and ambitious vision and a defined and supervised strategy. He is dynamic, determined and creative and keeps himself well informed about innovations. He is committed to quality and aims to provide a service that exceeds our clients' expectations.

Frédérick Georges

A graduate of the University of Liège (HEC), Frédérick's background in business management and his negotiating skills led him to take charge of finance. His listening skills and more generally his sense of contact led him to take an interest in internal processes and human resources.

Tireless, proud to participate in the growth of the Circumflex project, he believes in the power of continuous improvement, in a clear and efficient organisation, in which each employee can give the best of himself.

Stephan Radermacher

This multilingual manager graduated from the University of Liège (HEC) and has held various positions in business development, sales and marketing in different European countries, within software publishers and integrators, as well as for industrial companies.

Rigorous, determined and attentive to his clients' needs, he combines commercial and managerial skills with IT know-how to build harmonious and long-lasting relationships with his clients and business partners.
